Pulled rear head

After looking closely at what needs to happen to remove the rear cylinder head, we decided that pulling the engine is overkill. After yanking the injector rail, exhaust and intake manifolds, the rear head was a straightforward removal. And there wasn’t anything apparent wrong with it, either. But after checking the lifters, I noticed that a lot of them were locked up. I’ve made the decision to get another head and replace all the lifters.
